Sangareddy: Patancheru MP Gudem Mahipal Reddy laid the foundation stone on Wednesday for a bypass road in Lakdaram village of Patancheru mandal. The road will be built with a budget of Rs 2.4 crore. Local crushing industries donated the fund to lead the way under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The road will not only be useful for industries, but will also improve road connectivity with local villages.
Previously, the MLA had also laid the foundation stone for CC roads in the villages of Sulthanpur and Vadakpally of Ameenpur Mandal. Reddy also presented five tractors at Gram Panchayats in Ameenpur Mandal.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that they have been working hard to provide all infrastructure in the Patancheru Assembly constituency using CSR funds. He said they were also making the best use of Constituency Development (CDF) and Zilla Parishad funds. ZPTC Sudhakar Reddy, MPP Devanandam, MPDO Mallesham, Sarpanches Lalitha, Mallesh, Ravi, Bhaskar Goud, Pandu and others were present.
